Fortran Compiler Developers

This page provides links to various companies and organisations who develop or re-engineer Fortran compilers. Most are available for open distribution.

Winteracter supports at least one of the compilers from each of the following. See the Compilers/Platforms page for more details.

	Intel oneAPI. Fortran compilers for Windows and Linux.
	NVIDIA HPC SDK. Fortran compiler for Linux.
	AMD Optimizing C/C++ and Fortran Compilers (AOCC) for Linux.
	FTN95 Fortran compiler for Windows.
	GNU compiler suite, including gfortran. Available for Linux, Windows and macOS.
	GNU compilers, including 32-bit and 64-bit gfortran, specifically targeting Windows. Downloadable on this site, from the GCC for Windows page.
	LLVM compilers, including Flang.

Note:

• Compilers from Absoft and Lahey are also supported. However, both companies closed in 2022, so their compilers are no longer available for sale. Corresponding versions of Winteracter remain supported, to allow users time to transition to one of the replacements listed above. Continued support for Absoft and Lahey compilers will be reviewed periodically.
