The site is a wholly non-commercial undertaking, maintained on a goodwill basis for the benefit of users of the Winteracter software package.

Anyone may visit this site without identifying who you are or revealing personal information. No personal data is collected or stored, with two specific exceptions:

• Users of the forum have the option to specify a display name, to identify them when posting content. It is each user's choice whether to select such a name and what that name should be. The display name is stored in the site's internal database.
• When requesting an unsupported licence, an email address is required. However, this is not stored online. It is only used to allow a licence email to be sent to the user.

Downloads of the Winteracter software are logged, using anonimised data, namely: date, time, IP address and country. This data is used to monitor usage and prevent misuse. It is not used for any commercial purpose whatsoever.
